His approach to treating pain is based on orthopedic assessment, neurology, functional anatomy, and precise needling techniques. Vincent’s anatomical-based acupuncture implements electro-acupuncture, motor point acupuncture, trigger point therapy, and dry needling. In addition, he utilizes cupping, guasha, manual therapy, and herbal medicine for soft tissue treatment.
Acupuncture treatment from a surf injury to his right knee is what led him on this path early on. Here he experienced the power of acupuncture with corrective exercise to get him back in the water doing what he loves. When not treating patients he can be found hiking, surfing, and riding his bike around town with his wife Miyuki.
